Travis Jamison
Founder, CapitalPad

Bio Info
Travis Jamison is an entrepreneur and investor who loves focusing on the most sensible and attractive opportunities for outsized returns, both inside of business and inside the world of investing.
He brings a wide range of experiences from his expansive career. He founded over a dozen bootstrapped companies inside his HoldCo, including SaaS, marketing agencies, e-commerce, communities, newsletters, and more. After exiting several companies, he spent years investing in private markets in various asset classes, from venture capital to private equity, real estate, private credit, and more.
He’s one of the few people equally comfortable chatting about interest rate risks as he is about SEO growth tactics, from improving productivity to the best risk-adjusted returns.
After investing in dozens of private deals in various industries, he believes that the best asset class is surprisingly where he started: small businesses. He now actively deploys capital into SMB acquisitions, with a focus on the so called “boring businesses”.
Based on this, Travis founded CapitalPad, an investing platform that connects investors with small business acquisitions in profitable real-world companies. From dry cleaners, to pool maintenance services. From machining shops to HVAC companies. No hype, less speculation, no AI risk, and actual profits were all music to his ears.
Travis is now spreading the message of what he’s learned, using a straightforward and pragmatic approach to investing tailored for business owners seeking to maximize wealth and pursue financial independence from within and beyond their business. He loves chatting on growth opportunities, building and preserving wealth, avoiding blowups, and living a life that that allows for peace of mind.
