Kate Bravery is the Global Leader of Talent Advisory at Mercer, where she helps organizations around the world build future-ready workforces and unlock the full potential of their people. With over two decades of experience in talent strategy, workplace transformation, and organizational psychology, Kate brings both a commercial mindset and a human-centered approach to solving today’s most urgent people challenges.


Kate works directly with C-suite leaders and HR executives to translate corporate strategy into investable talent agendas—ranging from skills-based workforce planning to inclusive leadership and sustainable change. Her expertise spans psychometrics, systems thinking, and the use of AI and data to improve decision-making in the workplace.


As Mercer’s lead partner with the World Economic Forum, Kate has helped shape global initiatives on reskilling, gender equity, and sustainable business transformation.
