Josh Mangus
Founder and CEO of RivrHub

Bio Info
Josh Mangus is the founder and CEO of RivrHub, an omnichannel marketplace partner built for premium consumer brands that want to scale across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, and Shopify without losing control of their brand. With more than 15 years of Amazon and marketplace operating experience, Josh speaks with the perspective of a seasoned operator, not a theory-first consultant.
Under Josh's leadership, RivrHub has built a high-touch operating model that combines marketplace strategy, inventory purchasing, forecasting, fulfillment, advertising, brand protection, content creation, customer experience, and reporting, fulfilling more than 1 million Amazon orders per year. Unlike traditional fee-based agencies, RivrHub works through the brand's own Seller Central account, so brands keep ownership, visibility, and control over pricing, data, and customer experience while RivrHub handles the execution behind the scenes.
Josh's point of view is direct: Amazon is no longer "extra" for consumer brands. It is foundational. Yet most brands still try to manage it with one internal Amazon hire, a partial-service agency, or a fragmented vendor stack. Josh can break down the realities brands don't see until they're deep in the marketplace: third-party seller chaos, buy box battles, inventory forecasting, fulfillment breakdowns, margin-draining agency models, and the Q4 planning mistakes that cost brands their biggest quarter.
Today, Josh works with founder-led and family-run consumer brands across grocery, gourmet food, candy, snacks, beverage, pet, beauty, and household categories, brands that built something valuable and want to scale it online without handing over the keys. Whether discussing the breakdown of the traditional Amazon agency model, how TikTok demand converts into Amazon sales, or why brand protection is a food safety issue in CPG, Josh is known for plain-spoken, operator-level insights that cut through generic Amazon advice.
