Glen Lerner

Founder, Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys

Bio Info

Glen Lerner is a founding partner of Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, one of the largest multi-state personal injury firms in the country, with offices across a dozen states and more than 450 employees. Licensed in Nevada since 1991, Glen built a national brand from the ground up and has spent three decades fighting for what he calls "the little guy" against insurance companies and large corporations.

Today Glen sits at the center of the two forces reshaping the legal industry: capital and technology. As private equity moves aggressively into plaintiff-side law through MSO structures, Glen has been through the process himself and can speak with rare firsthand authority about what it actually takes to position a firm for acquisition, what buyers are looking for, and what founders should understand before they sign. He is actively focused on aggregating and growing firms that fit that model.

On the technology side, Glen is a major shareholder in Lexamica, a legal referral platform that helps firms turn cases they would normally decline or ignore into a measurable revenue stream. His argument is straightforward: referrals are one of the few ways a firm can meaningfully grow revenue without spending another dollar on marketing or signing another case. He is involved in several other legal technology ventures and maintains deep relationships across the legal tech space.

Glen is a Duke graduate and a member of the school's 1986 NCAA Division I men's national championship soccer team, and a 1990 graduate of Tulane Law School. Before law school he worked as a Teamster and a garbage man, deliberately, so he would understand the people he would one day represent. That instinct still defines how he shows up on a stage or a microphone. He is a regular speaker at the largest national trial lawyer conferences, and hosts consistently tell him his episodes are among their most listened to, for one reason: Glen does not talk about himself. He talks about faith, mentorship, and being a good steward of people, and he leaves the audience with something they can actually use.
