Mehul Rajparia is a Partner at Marsh and Head of its Assessment Center of Competence, where he oversees assessment product, delivery, operations, and AI innovation globally. He also serves as a core member of Marsh's Global Leadership team for Assessments, putting him at the center of how one of the world's largest people advisory firms measures talent in an era when the definition of a valuable skill is changing faster than most organizations can track.
Mehul brings more than three decades of experience in the technology industry, built across Asia, India, and the United States. Before Marsh, he held roles at Saba Software, Sybase (now part of SAP), Schneider National, and General Electric, giving him an unusually long view of how enterprise technology waves actually land inside organizations and what separates the transformations that stick from the ones that stall.
Prior to leading Assessments, Mehul served as Digital Health Solutions Leader for Marsh Benefits in Asia, where he worked with customers, partners, and MMB leaders to build a digital health platform and ecosystem focused on employee well-being. That combination is rare: he has built at the intersection of employee health and benefits on one side, and talent assessment and workforce capability on the other, which lets him connect wellbeing and benefits strategy directly to business performance rather than treating them as separate HR conversations.
Mehul holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and an M.S. in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a frequent voice on how AI is reshaping workforce skills, why personalization is becoming the defining expectation in employee benefits, and how people leaders can build organizations that stay resilient as both the technology and the workforce keep changing.
