Frans Campher is an executive coach, leadership strategist, and facilitator with over two decades of experience guiding high-performing leaders through the challenges of growth, authenticity, and meaningful impact. As CEO and US President of a global leadership development firm, he has worked with senior executives and teams at companies like BP, Ford Europe, GlaxoSmithKline, Deloitte, Citibank, and Johnson & Johnson.
Drawing from a 28-year career in international insurance and risk management—including CEO and board-level roles—Frans brings a rare blend of boardroom pragmatism and transformational insight to his coaching. His work helps leaders shed outdated masks, reconnect with their values, and lead with integrity, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
