She founded Elite Digital Campaigns in 2017, combining her formidable talents in research, data interpretation and marketing expertise to deliver tangible business outcomes. Today, Elite Digital Campaigns has marketed over $1.5b of services and products, firmly establishing itself as a leading boutique marketing agency with a passion for sales consulting, content marketing and lead generation for property developers and the finance sector across Australia and Asia.

During the peak of COVID, Gia closed her Australian office, made Elite Digital Campaigns a pure digital business and relocated to Berlin whilst serving her global client base. She is an expert in managing global business relationships and pioneer in the world of remote work and agency development.
